To enhance your shopping experience, we offer a 30‑day unconditional return policy on all orders—designed to give you peace of mind.
Eligible products for return:
(As long as the following conditions are met, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days after receiving the product)
1: Received by courier has been broken, malfunctioning, and other products with quality problems.
2: The product received with the order product model is not consistent.
3: The product does not meet expectations within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Products not eligible for return:
(Returns cannot be requested under the following conditions)
1: Products that are more than 30 days old from the date of receipt. (If you have any questions, please consult our technical staff, will continue to provide you with technical support)
2: The product has been used and has obvious signs of use or damage.
3: Purchased by mistake for personal reasons. (Not a quality problem of the goods)
Other notes:
1: All returns must be authorized by our team through our support center.
Refunds will only be processed after we have confirmed that the correct product has been returned in good condition.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return process. For any shipping related issues, please contact the logistics provider directly.
Return Process and Schedule
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:
1. If your item is eligible for return (please refer to the previous criteria), please submit a request to the customer service center, which should include the order number, product name and reason for return.
2. Customer service team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and return address.
3. Please follow the instructions to send back the merchandise and provide proof of return, such as logistics tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. After we receive the returned goods, we will contact you and arrange for an exchange or refund within 3 working days.
Please allow 3-6 business days for the after-sales team to process your request. Once processing is complete, refunds will arrive as follows:
- Credit Card Refund: Please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.
- PayPal refunds: It will show up in your PayPal account within 48 hours.
Return shipping cost and address
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address, usually a local service point address.
- If the return is for the consumer's own reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the consumer, depending on the carrier you choose.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as damaged or misdirected merchandise), the consumer is not responsible for return shipping costs.
