After placing an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. If you need to add special requirements or modify the order information, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible before the products enter the processing process, so that we can make timely adjustments for you to avoid affecting the subsequent arrangements.
Order Processing
To ensure that the equipment you receive meets high standards, we will go through a rigorous multi-step process:
1. Production will start immediately after the order is confirmed and full payment (100% deposit) is received;
2. equipment manufacturing lead time is approximately 2-3 working days;
3. 48 hours continuous testing will be conducted after completion to ensure the quality of the laser beam is up to standard;
4. after all the products are qualified, the logistics company will arrange the transportation and customs clearance.
Transportation Methods
- Small and lightweight laser equipment (such as laser cleaner, laser welder, portable laser marking machine): delivered by DHL, UPS or FedEx, door-to-door time limit is usually 7-10 days;
- Large heavy laser equipment (such as fiber laser cutting machine): by sea + truck intermodal transportation, door-to-door time limit is usually 45-60 days.
Receiving and Tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive the logistics tracking information (there may be a delay of 1-2 days, please be patient). Through the tracking number, you can know the parcel transportation status in real time and easily grasp the time of receipt.
