We ship globally with trusted international carriers. Most destinations qualify for free flat-rate shipping.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please notify us immediately if you need changes before we start processing.Additionally, please leave a more detailed contact information and specific address after placing the order to ensure that our after-sales personnel can contact you in a timely manner for any issues and to ensure that the goods are delivered accurately and on time to you.
Order Processing
- 100% deposit required before production.
- Production time: 2–3 working days.
- Each machine undergoes 48 hours of continuous testing to ensure top laser performance.
- After testing, we carefully pack and hand over your machine to the carrier for shipping & customs clearance.
Shipping Methods
Small & light machines (laser cleaners, welders, portable markers): DHL, UPS, FedEx. Delivery in 7–10 days.
Large & heavy machines (fiber laser cutting systems): Sea freight + truck. Delivery in 45–60 days.
Delivery & Tracking
You will receive tracking details once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to activate, but the estimated delivery timeline remains valid.
